Purpose

This is a position that involves in hands-on recruitment researching activities, support the development of BIPO recruitment program, database clean up. Joining us as a recruitment intern, you will have exposure not only recruitment process but also the development / revamp process of our award-winning HRMS.  You only need to work 2 – 3 days per week, so you could continue with your college study.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform talent search and identify potential candidates that meet specific clients' expectation
• Introduce new opportunities and requirement to candidates through email or phone
• Prepare documents to introduce candidates to clients
• Set up the schedule of interview for recruitment consultants and clients
• Handle the administration of job posting accounts and social media platforms
• Deep dive clients' specific requirement for particular openings and structure
• Support the development of BIPO recruitment module and candidate database
• Manage and assist in all projects and tasks as assigned such as RPO, database clean up, filing

Skills, Experience and Competencies:

• Undergraduate of Bachelor’s Degree major in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Candidates who study other discipline with passion to develop Human Resources as a career with also be considered
• Attention to details, organized and team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Hands on with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
