Job description and responsibilities

• Support corporate procurement initiatives, procurement order requisition, payment verification, data entry and record update
• Ensure accuracy of inventory records, facilitate effective and efficient operation of inventory control and auditing
• Perform stock take on a quarterly basis and inventory audit on an annual basis
• Assist in handling daily various maintenance service, telecommunication and IT systems
• Provide administrative & clerical support such as office supplies and facilities management
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• F.5 or above , minimum 1 year relevant experience in procurement or business administration 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; strong analytical, negotiations and networking skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills including Microsoft Word ,Excel ,Email
• Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available or short notice period is an advantage
