  • Provide a wide range of 1 on 1 executive support for Chairman
  • Attend company or external meetings with senior management, government officials and various business partners
  • Prepare meeting minutes, business reports for multiple purposes
  • Travel with Chairman to China and Hong Kong as needed
  • Assist on ad-hoc projects
  • 協助董事長處理日常工作安排
  • 參與高級管理層、政府官員和各種業務合作夥伴的會議
  • 預備會議紀錄,業績報告等
  • 與主席到中國大陸及香港出差
  • 完成董事長和公司交托的其他工作

 Profile

  • Experience of Property Development and sale is advanced; fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
  • At least 8 years of experience providing secretarial support to top Executives;
  • Presentable, flexible, proactive and professional with good attitude;
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy; able to work under fast pace;
  • High proficiency in MS office with Chinese Word processing;
  • 有處理地產項目建築及銷售相關經驗優先 ; 流利英語、普通話及廣東話 ;
  • 8年以上為高層管理人員提供秘書支援的經驗;
  • 做事靈活,主動,專業及良好態度
  • 良好的商業頭腦,高度的責任心,良好的溝通,抗壓,協調,組織能力
  • 熟練中文文字處理的MS辦公室
