Requirements

• Degree holder of HR Management or related disciplines
• 4-5 years relevant experience in HR and office administration
• Experience in all-rounded HR support with multicultural background
• Detail-minded, energetic, self-motivated and sense of responsibilities
• Well-versed in using MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication of both spoken and written English
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide full scope of efficient HR support and manage general office administration
• Deliver all aspects of HR functions including C&B administration and recruitment activities
• Responsible for onboard arrangement, working visa application and updating HR database
• Assist in payroll calculation, MPF administration and company & staff activities organization
• Participate in office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance and vendors’ evaluation
