Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration
• 5-6 years relevant experience, preferably in property industry
• Solid experience in secretarial and administrative support is required
• Independent, energetic, trustworthy with good organization skills
• Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese WP
• Proficient in communication of English and conversational Putonghua
• Immediate available would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide executive and secretarial support to Business Director including preparation of business proposal, agreements and various reports
• Responsible for meetings arrangement and preparing PowerPoint presentation materials
• Manage travel itineraries including flight scheduling, hotels booking and expenses reimbursement
• Maintain efficient communication with internal and external parties on business activities
• Compile business data analysis and maintain the accurate database and e-filing system
