Responsibilities

• To assist in all customer enquiries, leasing administration and any related matters with respect to the group’s property portfolio

• Filing, data-entry, maintain and assist in preparing reports

• Assist in handling payment requests and issuance of invoices and receipts

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the team

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and telephone calls

• Prepare reports and perform ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year's working experience, preferably in property leasing field

• Diploma or above in business or property related disciplines, or additional 2+ years of working experience in related field

• Good coordination skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Hands-on experience in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
