Assistant HR Manager
Our client is one of leading IT group. They are looking for strong candidate to join their Team
Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal customers to understand business requirements and offer necessary advice and solutions
- Respond for the end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to ads posting, screening resumes, conducting interviewing and preparing documents for onboard matters
- Implement HR strategies, initiatives, policies and programs to support business growth
- Supervise HR operations for employee relations, employee development, performance management, compliance
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 4 years of HR experience
- Strong computer proficiency skills, including managing information in large databases
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and with strong sense of ownership
- Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
