Job Description
Our client, a professional accounting firm in Hong Kong, has an immediate opening to invite a high calibre candidate to join their firm:
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare company secretarial documents such as company registration, resolutions and annual return etc.;
- Maintain company secretarial records, registers and database;
- Assist in ad hoc projects
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in company secretary or related disciplines;
- HKICS / ICSA student or associate member is preferred
- Minimum 2 years solid company secretarial experience;
- Proficient in MS office
** Candidates with less experience will be considered as Company Secretarial Assistant.
