Due to the rapid expansion of our consultancy services in Hong Kong, we are looking for suitable applicant to fill up the following vacancy in Vigers Building Consultancy Limited:

(1)     Building Surveyor / Assistant Building Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Degree or Associate Degree in Building Surveying / Architectural Studies / Building or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Building Contractor or Building Consultancy firms
• Familiar with building ordinances
• Training will be provided to candidates for HKIS practical task training / examination
• Mature with good communication and negotiation skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred

Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Building Surveyor

(2)     Departmental Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Must familiar with ISO operation & periodic auditing
• To provide professional administrative & secretarial support
• Responsible for preparation of tender submission
• Ability to handled confidential information such as fee proposals and contract documents issues with utmost confidentiality

Requirements:

• Certificate Holder in secretarial study
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in admin & secretarial studies
• Preferably with experience gained Architectural or Construction Consultancy Practice
• Take initiative, well-organized, energetic, able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferred

(3)     Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of submissions in respect of Request for Proposal from both existing and new clients either from the private / government sectors
• Preparation of marketing leaflets and materials
• Regularly maintaining liaison and contacts with clients
• Following up tender submissions with clients and review our pricing strategy

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or Building / Architectural consultants related sector
• 1 year working experience preferably in Building / Architectural Consultant or Contractor firm
• Proactive and pleasant manner is required for this post
• We will provide training for those Probationer who are pursuing professional qualification in Building Architectural Professional Institutions
