Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of I/E shipping documents including use of Tradelink, customs declarations and banking documents
• Handle licenses applications covering import and export of control strategic commodities & familiar in use e-service of Trade & Industry Department
• Ensure orders they are handling will be shipped on time and be completed
• Proactively resolve open issues on orders and efficiently track order status
• Issue the invoice, handle paper work and filling job, etc.
• Maintaining a positive relationship with internal & external parties

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with min. 3 yrs working experience in the shipping field
• Proficient in Email, MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken Cantonese
• Self-motivated, Independent, Responsibility, Hard-working and able to work under pressure
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Shipping Clerk
