Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute investor relations activities to help establish and maintain good relationships with stakeholders in China
• Responsible for crafting investor presentation, social media and corporate communication materials
• Liaise closely with internal and external parties to prepare presentations and annual reports
• Conduct research & analysis keeping abreast of market updates and industry news
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirement

• Degree holder in Business, Finance or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and equities from buy-side/sell-side, financial public relations, corporate investor relations or related fields
• Prior working experience and connections with Chinese investment community a must
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of people including senior executives and external parties 
• Able to work independently and attentive to details
• Knowledge of digital platforms and social media technologies for marketing purposes
• Excellent command of both written & spoken Mandarin and English
• Familiar with PowerPoint preferably with financial modelling skills
