ITG is looking for an Settlement Officer to join our Operations and Settlement team.

WE’LL TRUST YOU TO:

• Prepare booking and client reporting for equity trading
• Liaise with custodian bank to handle daily SI settlement in CCASS
• Liaise with institutional clients directly to ensure proper settlement arrangement
• Manage data process and produce settlement status report
• Manage settlement matching between clients and settlement agents
• Tracking and resolution of settlement fails and corporate actions
• Work with the onboarding team to establish new client accounts

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline
• 3 - 5 years experience in HK and Asian equity markets settlement in an institutional context
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with MS Excel and Outlook
• Proactive, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Attention to detail and a customer service attitude
• Some late / on call work required
