Job Description:

• Drive and hands-on develop advanced analytics/ Machine Learning-based solutions to uplift effectiveness of analytics, modelling and customer contact riding on (i) supervised/ unsupervised Machine Learning techniques (ii) unstructured data e.g. digital footprint
• Streamline model development cycle, such as prepare modelling datamart, automate the variable selection process and model validation process.
• Maintain and validate existing response models
• Design, build and automate regular business reports to monitor business performance.
• Perform ad-hoc portfolio analysis, identify business opportunity and recommend to management.
• Explore the availability, access and transformation/ use of unstructured data (browsing data, voice, email, picture, videos) for analytics and customer contact purpose

Requirements:  

• University Degree in Statistics/Computer Science/Economics/Operational Research
• Minimum 8 years of experience in quantitative analysis, and consumer finance /insurance/banking related business
• Strong analytical mind with understanding of different statistical methodologies and knowledge of scorecard development
• Detail-oriented, strong business sense, influencing skill, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Solid experience in SAS / Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint
• Proficiency in spoken & written English & Chinese
