Responsibilities

• Responsible for project origination, including pitchbook and proposal preparation;
• Assess potential deals, originate and explore possibility of new business transactions and maintain client relationships;
• Participate in the execution of various types of ECM transactions;
• Perform financial analysis, financial modelling and marketing activities;
• Liaise with other professional parties (e.g. lawyers, counter brokers) and regulators (e.g. HKEx) in connection with the execution of ECM transactions;
• Coordinate the work of other investment banks and professional parties involved in IPOs and other corporate finance transactions.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance or related discipline(s) with at least 5 year’s relevant experience with a reputable investment bank or related legal/advisory environment;
• Attained all regulatory criteria for carrying out investment activities;
• Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
