工作職責：

• 負責接聽客服熱線，高效、高品質的處理客戶諮詢
• 完成公司設立的服務標準和目標
• 處理和跟進客戶個案
• 將潛在客戶向營銷團隊推介 - 部門交辦的其他工作

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer requests/enquiries via Hotline with high efficiency and quality;
• Reach the service target and follow the service standard set up by company;
• Follow up customer case;
• Refer potential customer to sales team;
• other duty assigned by department;

任職資格要求:

• 中五以上學歷；
• 粵語、英語、普通話流利；
• 有客服經驗者優先；
• 有良好的溝通能力；
• 進取心強, 能獨立完成工作, 具有團隊合作精神；
• 歡迎畢業生申請；
• 工作地點：北角；
• 需輪班工作，但不需要通宵。

Requirements：

• Form 5 or above ;
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Collection or Customer Service experience is an advantage;
• Good communication skills;
• Self motivated, able to work independently and a good team player;
• Welcome Fresh graduates;
• Working location: North Point;
• Shift duty required, but no need to work overnight.
