Head of Investor Relations (Listed Com; 5day, HK$70-HK$80K)

Our client is a listed petroleum company in Hong Kong, who is urgently seeking a Head of Investor Relations to join their growing team. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Group’s Investor Relations functions and initiatives
• Manage and expand the investor relations program including maintaining and developing new relationships within the investment community and latest business development of the company
• Design and execute an active Investor Relations programs to deliver the Company's key messages to the finance community
• Manage and coordinate with external service providers such as IR/PR, Legal, Financial etc.
• Prepare, draft and translate media release, investor communications, speech copywriting and company announcement on a wide range of investment topics in English and Chinese version
• Organize and formulate investment presentation and conduct investor meetings, road shows and conferences.
• Communicates with shareholders and/or the general financial community to develop and maintain positive relationships.
• Conduct market reviews and analysis for investors targeting studies, serve as primary liaison between company and the investment community and media
• Identify ways for the company to improve, whether from a disclosure, strategic, operational, or financial perspective.

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Communications or related discipline with CFA qualification most preferred 
• Minimum 10 years’ related experience in listed companies or financial industry with excellent knowledge in finance
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Initiative, analytical and detail-minded and capable of meeting tight schedules and working under pressure
• Excellent command of both written English and Chinese
