Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the process, operations and infrastructure of the firm

- Participate in all fund product development , including project due diligence, coordination of services provider     and marketing events;

- Participate in portfolio construction and performance measurement in H.K. and other regions

- Analysis of Portfolio risk management and risk exposure including related reporting

- Act as Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC regulated activities of the firm

- Formulate, review and update the operation procedures to ensure full regulatory compliance;

- Manage daily operations to ensure fully comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and standard of good market practices

- Structure and write comprehensive reports on given research topics

- Develop and execute business development and marketing plan;

- Introduce qualified client to the firm;

- Handle any other assigned duties

Requirements  :

Minimum 5years of solid experience in asset management relating to portfolio management and fund management in any one of the areas :research , proprietary trading (with discretion), private equity, special situations and dealing with alternative investments.

- Current holder of SFC unconditional Responsible Officer license for Type 4 ,and Type 9 regulated activities

- Sound knowledge of regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control

- Solid understanding about middle and back office operations, risk controls and investment process of fund management companies

- Ability to work under pressure , with strong analytical , leadership , presentation and interpersonal skills

- Team player , cheerful personality to get along ; has a strong sense of responsibility, honesty and trustworthiness, has an excellent work ethic and integrity .
