Responsibilities

• Provide support and handle all Administrative/ Building or Property Management issues, also assist in ad hoc projects or any works as assignedHandle decision making and report to Top Management
• Able to handle English & Chinese correspondence independently, including drafts, recaps, reports and presentation
• Need to construct documents such as maintenance schedule, proposal, and analysis in the field of Building/Property Management
• Organize meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting materials and minutes recording in both Chinese and English
• Coordinate and participate in property refurbishment projects and company-wide events
• Ensure Company policies and procedures are effectively executed and implemented by all levels of staff
  

Required Qualification & Experience

• University graduates preferably in Business Administration, Management, Building or Property Management or equivalents
• At least 5 years’ property management experience in Commercial/F&B Buildings or shopping malls with 3 years at managerial level
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing (倉頡)
• Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written)
• Mature, well-organized, detailed-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Sound business, legal knowledge and with working experience in Property/Facility Management will be an advantage
