Summary:

• Performs all bills processing / payment
• Handles bills transactions according to the Bank’s policies and instructions
• Acts as back-up for other functions

Key Responsibilities:

• Executes bills processing and prepare relevant data entries.
• Acts as a checker of bills documents.
• Provides technical advice to client.
• Examines all new applications submitted by customer and clarify with customer in case of need.
• Performs clerical duties such as filing, data inputting and performing routine calculations.
• Handles correspondence.
• Performs other functions as required and directed by the Department Head or other superiors.

Special Role Requirements:

• University graduate preferred
• At least 5 years’ working experience in related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be a good team player
• Work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English; proficient in Mandarin and other language(s) would be a plus
