Main responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing board, committees meetings
• Prepare agenda books and relevant documents for meetings
• Translate documents  from Chinese to English and vice versa
• Assist in handling regular duties of Board of Directors Office, maintain the filing system and provide administrative support
• Provide assistance in ad-hoc projects when necessary

Requirements: 

• Preferably a Degree holder in Communication, Languages or Translation
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience.  Candidates with board office, company secretaries or corporate governance experience is preferred
• Possession of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS) qualification is preferred
• Excellent writing skill in English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, attentive to details and well-organized
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
