Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily settlement operations, handle exceptional or contingency situations and escalate to supervisors
• Prepare regular or ad hoc statistical report and analysis presentation to management
• Provide support for the compliance with international standards and applicable regulations and ensure documentation is properly prepared
• Plan, coordinate and review project tasks including user requirements, functional specification and user acceptance test and liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Review and update relevant rules and procedures as a result of new business and/or initiatives
• Undertake other special or ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or other related disciplines
• At least 3 years relevant experience, of which at least 1 year at supervisory level, in well-established financial organization
• Sound knowledge and experience of financial markets
• Familiar with CCASS operation an advantage
• Good analytical, problem solving, report writing, presentation and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
• Conversant with PowerPoint / Excel / Access. Knowledge of programming an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Officer
