Our client, a top tier investment bank, is looking for an Operational Analyst to design and execute post process Quality Assurance Testing around the effectiveness of their processes and controls.

JOB SCOPE

• Be responsible for test design and development for High Risk Process;
• Ensuring effective documentation of the QA validation work;
• Understanding the end-to-end process with opinion of the control environment independently;
• Design QA testing points and collaborate with different stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• University Graduate with related discipline with at least 1 year of work experience;
• Strong risk and control mindset
• General knowledge of trade operations is preferred
• The ability to think outside the box and connect information dots to form a big picture;
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese;
• Ability to engage stakeholders in pitching ideas will be an advantage.
