Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from banking segment customers and deliver good customer service to ensure a superior banking experience to our customers. 
• Handle inquiries and transactions on banking 
• Promote and cross-sell banking products as appropriate. 
• Applies working knowledge of technical and professional principles and concepts and in depth knowledge of team objectives. 

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above 
• Good customer service skill and good team player
• Customer service oriented and good problem/complaint handling skill
• Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Willing to work on shift duty
