Job Duties:

1. Assist in all-round HR functions including recruitment & selection, payroll administration, compensation, employee relations, etc
2. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
3. Manage the office administration system to ensure overall company efficiency and cost effectiveness
4. Prepare various management reports
5. Handle ad hoc HR & Admin projects as assigned by management

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Degree holder in HRM or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years relevant HR and Administration working experience, candidates with more experience will be considered as supervisory role
3. Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese; Mandarin is preferable
4. Mature, independent, flexible, proactive, willing to work under pressure
5. Well-versed in MS office, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
