Job Description
Job Duties:
- Assist in all-round HR functions including recruitment & selection, payroll administration, compensation, employee relations, etc
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Manage the office administration system to ensure overall company efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Prepare various management reports
- Handle ad hoc HR & Admin projects as assigned by management
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree holder in HRM or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years relevant HR and Administration working experience, candidates with more experience will be considered as supervisory role
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese; Mandarin is preferable
- Mature, independent, flexible, proactive, willing to work under pressure
- Well-versed in MS office, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
