Major Responsibilities

1. Reporting to the Director, this position acts as the FinTech platform’s domain expert defining the product vision, product positioning and requirements

2. Assist the Director to develop the architecture strategy for Company’s FinTech infrastructure and platform

3. Provide leadership to manage the development lifecycle of FinTech products and e-services

4. Define products, solutions and services feature specifications, balancing business and user needs 

5. Provide training to Company’s internal staff, arrange seminars and webinars for customers, develop manual, training kits and educational tools for internal staff and customers

6. Build team by recruiting, training, coaching and supervising a team of FinTech product managers and executives

Qualifications 

1. University education with Bachelor Degree in Finance or FinTech related disciplines

2. Minimum 2 years working experience in finance or financial services industry in the area of marketing, sales, platform solution product management or integration

3. Knowledge of FinTech development and products and have a strong sense of latest market trends and deep insight on IT products architecture and landscape

4. Possess practical experience of building successful finance consumer products

5. Possess rich experience in product and project management

5. Extremely detail oriented, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

6. Ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment

7. Strong communication, interpersonal skills and excellent presentation skills

8. A leader and team player, a career-motivated professional who is energetic and possesses a superb work ethic
