Responsibilities

• Handle daily frontline services including appointment booking, and patient enquiry in a professional manner 
• Perform cashier’s duties and maintain electronic patient records 
• Provide administrative support as required
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements

• F.5 graduate or above
• Minimum 3 years Customer Service or related working experience
• Fluent in English and Cantonese,
• Initiative, cheerful  and a good team player
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Applicants who are more relevant experienced will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
