Requirements

• University graduates in Purchasing / Merchandising or related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Purchasing / Sourcing/ Merchandising, cosmetics/skin care/ health supplement/ beauty instrument field is preferred 
• Knowledge of product development and team coaching experience is preferred
• A good team and multi-tasked player with strong drive for result with good interpersonal, problem-solving skill and team spirit
• Proactive, independent and well-organized
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly in excel applications, is a must
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Immediate available is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operations and work process of the team to ensure projects to run smoothly within schedule and budget
• Liaise with the overseas suppliers for business development, overseeing the smooth running the whole merchandise process including product development, negotiation and execution of management functions.
• Monitor the delivery schedule and ensure conformance with product specifications
• Measure and monitor supplier performance and capability in order to make appropriate sourcing decisions, provide coaching to suppliers and reporting on metrics
• Define product roadmap, forecast yearly purchase budgets, analyze sales performance and inventory control
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Operation Departments and lead the team to develop efficient marketing strategies to achieve the sales target
