Job duties:

1.  Provide all-round support to the Management in overall monitoring of real estate development projects in Hong Kong and PRC, including design/ project progress/ project schedule/ contract administration / cost control / construction management/ budgeting, etc.;

2.  Liaise and collaborate with PRC headquarter project teams, consultants, designers, government departments, contractors (if applicable) , particular emphasis in design and project management;

3.  Assist in negotiating with consultants on scope of services, contract terms, contract specifications, time schedule, etc;

4.  Assist in drafting and submitting regular project reports;

Requirements:

1.  F7 or above (Diploma in design or equivalent will be a PLUS);

2.  Recognized professional qualifications will be an asset;

3.  Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in property development (project management area);

4.  Experience in handling commercial, retail, R&D center and residential projects is preferable;

5.  Be self-motivated and a good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills;

6.  Mature, detailed-oriented, meticulous with strong time management and organizing skill;

7.  Proficient in Cantonese, Putonghua and English, good Chinese writing skill;

8.  Potential candidate with less experience will be considered for a junior position in project management team;
