Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Draft design drawings for property units undergoing upgrade and modification;
• Prepare and update computer drawings for all property portfolios including retail shops, offices, and residential units;
• Maintain a register of internal drawings and records of project information;
• Responsible for filing and documentation management;
• Assist the project team to carry out ad hoc assignments.  

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in building services, building studies or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years of relevant experiences in computer drafting/ drawing/ design preferably in real estate companies;
• Proficient in the use of Autocad, Photoshop and preferably other computer drawing software;
• Good written and communication skills in both English and Chinese;
• Motivated to learn, diligent, and able to work independently;
• Mature with positive attitude, enjoy team work;
• Flexible and adaptive to fast-paced organizations.
