Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Interior Design, Building Services or related disciplines Graduate of Technical School/ Certificate / Diploma or above, minimum 3 years site supervision experience in Corporate Interior Design Firm.
- For Assistant Project Manager - Minimum 8 years solid experiences in corporate offices design and 3 years good record in Project Manager role
- Responsible for project management includes programming, cost & quality control, site management and contract documentation
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and keep good reporting and documentation work
- Strong problem solving & analytical ability
- Must be organized, committed, self-motivated and hard working with good attitude and team spirit
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project is a plus
- Professional Safety Certificate in advantage
- Fluent in both spoken & written English & Cantonese, Putonghua is an advantage
- Immediate availability is preferable
- 6 days work
