Job Description
Our clients are looking for QS talents:
1) Project QS for Fit out package in Main Contractors
2) Senior QS / AQS for Fitting out Contractors
3) Senior QS / QS for E&M Contractor
5) Estimator / Ass. Estimator for Building in Main Contractor
Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree holder in Surveying or Construction Economics and Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years quantity surveying experience in QS Consultant or Main Contractor for Builder works or Fitting out Contractor or E&M Contractor for Quantity Surveyor
- For Project QS, Fitting out Contractor experience is a must
- QS duties: responsible for Post-contract works including cost estimate, cost planning, budget control, interim payment, settlement of variation orders and final account
- Good communication skills and coordination skills and with logical thinking
- Good Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
