• Degree Holder in Building Studies or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 yrs experience in interior fitting out projects for Project Manager applicants.
• Minimum 3 yrs experience in interior fitting out projects for Assistant Project Manager applicants.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proactive, well-organized, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Responsible for overall project planning, co-ordination and management of site works including on-site supervision, progress monitoring, cost and quality control.
• Handle all documentation, correspondences and meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Willing to work overtime if required.
