Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of a residential property development project
- Coordinate with project team, consultants, contractors and government authorities
- Assist in project planning, budget planning and control, site management
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Architecture/Building Studies/Structural/Construction or related disciplines
- Solid knowledge in statutory regulations compliance
- Minimum 6 years relevant working experience in large scale construction projects
- Working with consultancy firm or property developers preferred
- Strong communication, planning and management skills
- Proficient both in written and spoken English and Chinese
