Our client is a global construction management group working on a mixed use commercial/residential development in the Middle East

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for taking the lead of construction planning for the construction program, method of construction, site layout, resources schedules, etc.) for tender bid and pre-construction stage

• Monitor and report the implementation progress of company standards, guidelines and manuals which relate to planning

• Provide technical support in planning / programming by request of individual site
• The collaboration with project team to present to client

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Civil/Structural/Building Engineering or equivalent

• A minimum of 15 years’ construction planning and programming experience
• Experience with international consultants or contractors
• Familiar with the use of Planning software
• Excellent presentation skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and/ Chinese (essential)
• Willing to relocate for 2-3 years
