Duties:

• To provide all necessary site supervision and administrative works;
• To provide supervision of the works carried out by the Main Contractor and Nominated Sub-Contractor, and to check that the works have been carried out according to the technical specification;
• To communicate with Project Manager, Consultants and Contractors to ensure the completed works are in compliance with all statutory and contract requirements;
• To coordinate with the consultant to monitor and inspect the work done including Builder’s Works and E & M services installation;
• To close monitor workmanship and quality of the site works; and
• To coordinate the work with Estate Management Office
• To prepare inspection records.

Requirements:

• Minimum with Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Study or Structural Engineering or Equivalent.
• At least 5 years post qualification experience acting as site supervision staff in building construction and maintenance works.
