Requirements:

The Site Agent shall be Cantonese and English speaking and shall have the following qualifications and experience:

EITHER

• An acceptable university degree, or equivalent qualifications, in the field of Civil Engineering,
• A minimum of two years of experience in the supervision of term maintenance contract(s) or of other appropriate civil engineering contract(s); 
• Diploma or Higher Certificate, or equivalent qualifications, in the field of Civil Engineering, 
• A minimum of seven years of post-qualification experience in the supervision of term maintenance contract(s) or of other appropriate civil engineering contract(s);OR  
• A minimum twelve years of relevant experience in the supervision of term maintenance contract(s) or of other appropriate civil engineering contract(s).
