The incumbent will responsible to provide professional advice in compliance with the statutory requirements under the Buildings Ordinance and allied Regulations. He/ She will lead a surveying team for achieving cost-effective surveying tasks. He/ She will liaise closely with leasing team and internal parties to provide advices and technical support on tenancy projects. He/ She will responsible to coordinate with government departments on A&A, renovation and fitting out works from plan submission to works completion with Form BA14 acknowledgement.

• Degree or above in Building Surveying, Building Studies or equivalent from a recognized university;
• MHKIS / MCIOB / MRICS or equivalent will be an advantage;
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, of which at least 3 years or above at supervisory level;
• Excellent communication skill and good leadership;
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Independent, self-motivated and attentive to details are required;
• Computer literate with knowledge at Autocad.
