3 Months Contract position

Job Purpose:  

To assist the buying function to ensure that all Purchase order, Invoices, and Admin are processed to insure Product Bible is ready within the timeline set.

Key Accountabilities: 

In addition to following Pedder Group’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to

Data Management (100%) 

• To check all invoices thoroughly
• To accurately input data into the PO system
• Correctly check all Prices and Product info for the PO entry
• Be able to support the buying team on Administrative procedures
• To prepare and assist in running Reports for the buying team

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, fresh graduates welcomed
• Good organization, numerical and analytical skills
• Good Excel skills (pivot table, v look-up)
• Excellent written skills in English
