Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Responsible in project scoping, resource planning and scheduling;
• In charge of overall system integration design, planning and to promote our web/e-Commerce services and solutions to target customers;
• Analyse client's business objective and requirements to prepare business cases and to provide consultation
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with clients on technical issues and provide solutions;
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities and prepare project meeting minutes and documentation;
• Assist in handling ad-hoc assignments.

Job Requirements:

• University degree or high diploma holder, preferably on e-Commerce, Computer Science, I.T. or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in I.T. project management from an I.T. agency / IS companies with a proven record in delivery experience of enterprise scale projects 
• Full understanding on web related services and eCommerce solutions and their implementation cycles
• Hands-on approach in project coordination & production for digital projects, especially on e-Commerce
• Hand on experience on Magento e-Commerce project is a big plus
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, hardworking
• Fluent in English with spoken Mandarin and/or Cantonese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Assistant position.
