Responsibility:

• Analysis facebook figures about trends, phenomenon, users habit, new algorithm of both branded pages and their key opponent
• Provide insights to content team to create new platform products and keeping it growth
• Work with Project Manager provide figures and insight to expanse the advertising inventory
• Create testing facebook content for different BU, collaborate A/B team for growth hack, optimize performance in ER, fans growth, and CS ad performance
• Manage routine operation of facebook, add / remove account for all BU, and help to answer tiny operation problems

 Requirements:

• Drive and tenacity, self-confidence, adept in recruiting, appetite for learning, realism and attention to details
• Broad-minded, imaginative, positive
• Bachelor degree holder, preferably in journalism
• Over 1 years experience on reporting and editing
• Digital and online knowledge
• Good understand of social media, Apps and multimedia industries
• Good communication skill in Cantonese and English
