Our client is a global leading leisure and hospitality group. They are urgently hiring a distribution and revenue professional to oversee the OTA channels. This role needs to:

Responsibilities:

• Assist expand and optimize OTA channels
• Assist in the revenue management team to formulate pricing strategies towards the goal of increasing market share and maximizing revenues for the group
• Work closely with the Sales team in order to coordinate installations and demonstrations.
• Conduct UAT to ensure quality delivery of the systems and API workflow, in order to meet the requirement specifications
• Support in analysing results of strategies and tactics deployed on a monthly basis
• Provide all communication necessary to sales and revenue team
• Review access of the system in order to stimulate usage
• Identifies areas for improvement; prioritizes, designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processes
• Collaborates with Business Operations, Information Technology and other business stakeholders to drive high levels of data integrity and operational reliability of the standardised business analytics, tools and processes

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 - 3 years of experience within the Hospitality Industry in OTA, sales, revenue or reservation team
• Experience creating and interpreting sales metrics and reports
• Skilled in successfully implementing new technologies
• Strong in analytical, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to dig into data, surface actionable insights and demonstrates sound decision-making skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Team player, ability to work cross-functionally, self-driven, motivated, and able to work under pressure
