Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships to proactively attain new projects and sales on account level;    
• Identify new opportunities in key accounts to apply viable digital solutions, including but not limited to website, e-commerce, CRM, Search marketing, mobile initiatives, advertising and social campaigns;
• Assist Account Director on developing strategies and digital solution models that integrate sales, marketing and IT functions within an organization;
• Assist Account Director on developing and planning for clients and operations roadmaps;
• Co-work with multiple teams including Project Management and Operations team members on task delegations and optimize project approaches for each account;
• Connect with valuable partners on project level;
• Accountable for account growth and financial performance of assigned accounts.

Desired Skill and Experience

• University degree preferably in Business, Marketing or Commercial Studies;
• Minimum of 6 years work experience in commercial environment, preferably from a creative / digital agency;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Highly effective in motivating and driving projects and business operations;
• Uses logical and pragmatic approach in solving problems;
• Comfortable to work in an information systems environment;
• Good client relationship development skill;
• Committed to excellency, teamwork and delivering results.
