Job Description

The Lead will be supporting the Head in developing a new retail concept for performance dashboard by overall project managing the delivery of the dashboard and being the main point of contact with all 3rd parties involved, including internal IT / BI teams and agency partners.

Responsible upon opening of the concept for delivering the initial dashboards as well as assisting each team member in pulling reports they need from each source system. 
KPIs have already been defined at a macro level, but the Analyst will be responsible in further defining them in collaboration with the Director and the rest of the team, ensuring the feasibility of the delivery. 
Given the lean team, it is likely that this role will also be involved in other aspects such as product development, sourcing and training. 

It is crucial to deeply understand the underlying experience principles of the concept and ensure that all actions taken adhere to original intent of the concept, the values of the brand and the expected business results. 


  • Dashboard & Insights sharing: deliver daily, weekly and monthly dashboards to the team and throughout the organization (including senior management), sharing key learnings & building the storytelling.
  • Analysis & Support to the team: perform additional reports pulling data from each system source as of needed by the team and the project, working with the corporate & field teams to understand the KPIs and determine actions that may follow
  • Website QA: ensure that the micro site is being developed in accordance with approved designs and wireframes, prior and after launch, checking copy, etc.
  • Micro-site content management: update the micro-site as needed with new visuals, product updates, checking all product imports, maintain content pages, etc.
  • Digital experience enhancements: with the support of data, propose micro-site enhancements and be a force of proposition to the team and the agency on future possible improvements in collaboration with the Head of the Project and the Head of the Digital Experience.



  • Passion for digital and technology
  • Proven record of impacting business strategy with data analysis and business intelligence
  • Experience with multi-dimensional data modeling and a wide variety of analytical processes
  • Expertise using BI tools (preferably Tableau), Excel and PowerPoint; previous experience using Social Listening tools a plus
  • Strong skills at 'connecting the dots,' excellent attention to detail while being able to see the big picture / context
  • Strong analytical, communication/storytelling and presentation skills, including to senior management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think creatively
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years of digital and analytics experience
