• Propose strategic marketing plan to upkeep company leadership position and image
• Devise and execute 360 degree thematic and activation campaign to drive sales and traffic
• Devise and manage all online & offline marketing and promotional campaigns for various product lines
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define marketing activities
• Control and monitor closely marketing budget to achieve optimal results for company
• Manage and liaise with vendors, agencies of advertising, PR, digital and events
• Explore joint-promotion opportunities through brands collaboration & partnership
• Develop monthly performance metrics and analyze the ROI of various marketing activities
• Analyze market trends & business environment through marketing research initiatives
• Work on licensing projects to communicate with licensor on submission and approval of products, packaging, promotional materials and events
• Work with different internal departments to ensure the licensing projects are carried out smoothly
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing / Public Relations / Communications / Journalism or related disciplines
• At least 3-5 years’ solid all-rounded experience in brand & product marketing, advertising, digital, event management, joint-promotion
• Sales-driven with creative and strong marketing sense as well as business acumen
• Hands-on experience in managing 4As advertising agencies and digital agencies
• Proactive, multi-tasking, fast-paced with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, work independently and a good team player
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
