Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with different internal stakeholders, including IT teams, cross department and external stakeholders, including vendors, client and 3rd party processors
• Provide technical support and maintenance services for software, hardware and networking
• Manage the daily operations to ensure a continuous high level of IT services and complete information security
• Gather user requirement for system implementation and business analysis
• Project coordination
• Conduct system testing and assist end users for User Acceptance Testing
• Local infrastructural support (by driving the 3rd parties support) and work with regional IT team to resolve the problem, if required.
• Prepare User Manuals and deliver training to end users and support on using the system on need basis
• IT Budgeting

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant experience 
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical, responsible, self-motivated, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment and multi-tasking ready
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
