Job Description

1) Asst. Strategy Manager

Duties:

  • Regional planning for HK & China (or Taiwan)
  • Define the mass market strategies by digital promotion (target to have continuous growth in sales revenue, customer counts & maximize margin)
  • Identify Partner Reseller Strategy if needed & draft business proposal for selected customer segments
  • Evaluate target customers fit for company’s model
  • Outline the Digital engagement proposal with the objectives to increase sales revenue, line counts & maximize margin
  • Provide business direction & co-ordinate with Sales Team to ensure quality service
  • Liaise with Supply Chain Management to promote & implement the programs
  • Build long-term professional relationships with customers
  • Perform business reviews with customer to ensure the customer satisfaction and pursue new business opportunities
  • Proactively work with functional heads in corporate office to ensure getting the right resources to support the business growth

Requirements:

  • Solid account development experience in multi-national company or multi-line distributors
  • 5 years or above electronics components / electronics product sales experience, preferable in HK & China market
  • Less experience with high calibre is also welcome
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in both Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Occasional Business trip to South East Asia is required

 

2) Strategy Sales Executive

Duties: 

  • Presentation of sales data, plan and strategy
  • Develop and manage excellent relationship with existing customer and hit the growth rate  
  • Report and data analysis for sales plan and quotation
  • Proactive sales strategy and tightly follow up with customer project
  • Filtering and qualify new potential customer that fit the company business model and target

Requirements: 

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales /telesales /inside sales field
  • Experience in electronics industry is preferred
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Diploma or above  
  • Enthusiastic, assertive and self-motivated
