Job Description
You will be carrying out instrument installation, upgrade, corrective and preventive maintenance in the field and responsible for reagent application and related troubleshooting. The position is also required to deliver customer training on the usage of relevant instruments and provide telephone support to the customers.
Requirements:
- University’s Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of medical laboratory science is preferred
- Fluent in Cantonese and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is preferred
- Computer knowledge, basic programming skills is preferred
- At least ONE year of relevant experience is preferred
- Holder of Grade A Electric Work Certificate is preferred
