Job Description
職責:
- 負責管理大廈的日常運作、維修工作及工程
- 留意下屬員工工作表現
- 執行其上司指定之工作
入職要求:
- 八年或以上大廈維修及保養工作經驗
- 持有建造業譏會訓練學院頒發之技能測試證書優先
- 擁有建造業安全卡及電工A牌 / R牌
- 操流利粵語，略懂英語優先
- 優良的顧客服務態度
- 於銅鑼灣區輪班工作 (9小時/6天)
