Our client a well-known medical tools company, they are now is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their team. You will be working in a team of 4 & directly report to Regional Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing on-field technical support to the end-customer
• Monitoring the performance of technical service engineers from distributors
• Delivery of installation, software/platform upgrades to our products
• Handling customers’ complaints and enquiries
• Providing regular technical training to the distributors
• Providing “Getting Started” training to the end-customers
• Developing and delivering innovative programs that meet customer needs and increase customer satisfaction.
• Supporting activities such as presentations, workshops, conferences etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering/ Biomedical or related disciplines
• Proactive with a can-do attitude
• Able to solve problem independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Minimum 2 years technical support experience in healthcare equipment company
• Computer knowledge, basic computer networking preferred
• Good interpersonal and communications skills in both verbal and written
