Responsibilities:

• Critical Path and Reporting Administration – support Product Managers to update systems and processes are being implemented and maintained accordingly. Produce reporting and other required information to support with ongoing management of category and supply base performance
• Product Management – proactively manage product lifecycle end-to-end
• Buying Trip Preparation - support Product Managers to effectively prepare for buying trips, such as samples, quotations and travel booking arrangements and other necessary administration tasks
• Supplier Management – continuous manage and review of supplier base on product, price, supply and quality

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 2-3 years of relevant product experience in sizable company, ideally in a buying office environment for consumer electronics products. Familiar with gaming products is preferable.
• Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Mature, a team player, can work to deadlines, prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
• Good IT proficiency, and experience in sourcing system is advantageous
